Khloé Kardashian made a bold diagnosis for her sister Kim on the latest episode of Hulu's The Kardashians.
The March 13 episode found the siblings in India for the wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, which involved multiple events and outfit changes. On a late-night ride back to their hotel, Khloé called her daughter, True, who was starting her morning around the same time, as Los Angeles is 12.5 hours behind Mumbai.

True said a quick hello to her mother before signing off without any fanfare. In response, Khloé joked that she was “gonna block out the haters” as she put on a pair of sunglasses in the back of the dark car.
“No one’s awake and no one cares,” Kim replied, with Khloé agreeing, “Nobody cares.”
“Kim has a rare gift that she can fall asleep anywhere,” Khloé's voice added over a clip of Kim yawning next to her. “Doesn’t matter if it’s loud, quiet, whatever.”
“But it’s not narcolepsy,” Kim interjected as the video switched to show the two sitting next to one another in a confessional.
“I think you might have it,” Khloé countered. “But that’s OK.”
As the video switched back to the sisters on their ride home, Khloé suggested, “I need some champagne or something,” as she struggled to keep her own eyes open.
“I don’t have that ability, normally, but on this trip, I’m turning into Kim,” she joked.
“It’s the best,” Kim agreed in the confessional, before she was shown knocked out in the back seat, Khloé snoring next to her.
According to Johns Hopkins, narcolepsy is a sleep disorder that originates in the central nervous system and causes "excessive and overwhelming daytime sleepiness" that makes a person "likely to become drowsy or to fall asleep at inappropriate times and places."
