DENVER (KDVR) — Five people went to the hospital following what fire officials called an odor investigation at an apartment building Thursday morning.
The Adams County Fire Rescue posted on X that crews responded to an apartment in the 8300 block of Zuni Street at 2:30 a.m. The area is in the Sherrelwood neighborhood, northeast of Westminster.
The building was evacuated while crews investigated the odor. Adams County Fire said the North Metro Fire Rescue Hazmat and Thornton Fire Department were also on scene.

Xcel Energy is currently on scene investigating.
