February 26 – March 2 Hampton Virginia Aquaplex Psych Sheets Meet Central Live Results on Meet Mobile – “2025 CAA Swimming and Diving Championship” Livestream Defending Champions: Men – UNC Wilmington (3x), Women – UNC Wilmington (2x)Both CAA Swimming & Diving Championship trophies will be returning back to Wilmington, North Carolina. This is the fourth time in a row the men won the meet, while the Seahawk women are threepeating victory.
The Seahawks won on depth, but they also boasted a triple winner on both the men’s and the women’s side. Freshman Maeren McGonigal pulled off the 200 IM/100 back/200 back triple, while sophomore William Carrico swept the 500 free, 400 IM, and 200 breast for his triple crown.

William & Mary was the runner-up on the women’s side, moving up from their third place finish last year. Despite losing their lead on the last night to UNCW, they still had a strong showing with two individual wins and the final relay win. The Delaware Blue Hens rounded out the top three. On the men’s side, Delaware held their runner-up spot from last year, while Drexel climbed up from #5 to #3.

Drexel once again had a fantastic men’s relay, breaking another conference record. Theo Andrepoulos, Peter Pavalic, Kuba Wasny, and Sebastian Smith combined for a time of 2:52.71. This shaved .02 off Delaware’s 2:52.72 from 2023.
Kwasny also captured the last individual event of the meet, touching in 1:44.10 in the 200 fly. Delaware’s Victoria Novinskiy ran away with the women’s version of the event, swimming 1:57.28 as the only swimmer under 2:00.
The Towson men captured their first victory of the meet thanks to Sean Colson’s 1:42.48 200 back performance.
