LeBron James is taking some heat for his late decision.
Sunday night’s NBA All-Star Game wraps up the weekend’s festivities. James is out in the San Francisco Bay Area for All-Star Weekend, but made a late decision to not suit up in the game, citing ankle soreness.
While James brings star power to the game, media criticism focused on the timing of James’ decision. Had he announced he was skipping the All-Star Game earlier, someone else could have taken his spot.
Draymond Green: "I think [LeBron James] coulda helped somebody else out and said this earlier…" Vince Carter: "There are a lot of guys who are worthy."Jalen Rose: "He took a roster spot from somebody." #NBA t.co/O7qOijgsZN pic.twitter.com/hupGx4NZlT
