Sullivan has been the Packers’ Vice President of Player Personnel since the 2022 season. He’s been in the Packers’ organization since 2003, and his background is as a college scout, although he’s worked on both the pro and college scouting sides.
Green Bay’s organizational philosophy for years has been around the draft-and-develop approach, which has served them well from a roster-building standpoint.
That ability as an organization was flexed in recent years as the team transitioned from Aaron Rodgers at quarterback to Jordan Love and constructed what has been the youngest roster in football for the last two seasons while still making the playoffs each year.
In addition to interviewing for the Jaguars’ opening, Sullivan has also interviewed for the New York Jets, Tennessee Titans, and Las Vegas Raiders general manager openings this offseason as well.
Sullivan is now the 10th candidate to interview for the Jaguars’ general manager opening.
Chicago Bears’ assistant general manager Ian Cunningham also interviewed on Friday. For more on the other candidates, click here.
