SHERIFF’S REPORTS

The following were compiled from reports prepared by the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office:

DUI: William A. Andes, 48, of Petaluma, was booked at county jail Feb. 10 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the California Highway Patrol.

    POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: Charlene M. Martinez, 43, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Feb. 10 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance with priors and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was arrested by the Ukiah Police Department.

    POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: Michael C. McGee, 36, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Feb. 10 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance with priors and violating his probation. He was arrested by the UPD.

    IDENTITY THEFT: Eliana S. Gutierrez, 23, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Feb. 11 on suspicion of falsely impersonating another, violating her probation and failure to appear. She was arrested by the MCSO.

    DUI: Anthony J.W. Nuzzo, 32, of Redwood Valley, was booked at county jail Feb. 11 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and disobeying a court order. He was arrested by the CHP.

    DUI: Frank T. Page Jr., 52, of Richmond, was booked at county jail Feb. 11 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the CHP.

    DUI: Shannon M. Smith, 45, of Potter Valley, was booked at county jail Feb. 11 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and cruelty to a child. She was arrested by the CHP.

    STALKING: Ashlee D. Wilson, 35, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail Feb. 11 on suspicion of stalking and threatening bodily injury and trespassing. She was arrested by the Fort Bragg Police Department.

    POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: Brett M. Adame, 33, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Feb. 12 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance with priors, carrying a concealed dirk or dagger, resisting, violating his probation and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested by the MCSO.

    DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Sonja K. Hockemier, 48, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Feb. 12 on suspicion of domestic violence. She was arrested by the UPD.

    FALSE IMPRISONMENT: Ashton P. Mattox, 26, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail Feb. 12 on suspicion of false imprisonment and domestic violence. He was arrested by the FBPD.

    POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: William W. Owens, 36, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Feb. 12 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance with priors and violating his parole. He was arrested by the UPD.

    RESISTING: Colby L. Bowans, 48, of Little River, was booked at county jail Feb. 13 on suspicion of resisting/threatening an officer and being drunk in public. He was arrested by the MCSO.

    BATTERY: Christian A. Estrella, 30, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Feb. 13 on suspicion of battery, conspiracy and resisting/delaying/obstructing a first responder. He was arrested by the UPD.

    CONSPIRACY: Crystal Estrella Reyes, 28, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Feb. 13 on suspicion of conspiracy and battery. She was arrested by the UPD.

    POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: Jacob M. Parmely, 39, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Feb. 13 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and violating his parole. He was arrested by the UPD.

    DUI: Juan L. Vazquez, 42, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Feb. 13 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the CHP.

    Those arrested by law enforcement officers are innocent until proven guilty.
