McDonald's has an exciting new product on the market, but to the dismay of many U.S. customers, it's only available in Australia.
This week, the beloved food chain announced the release of a new limited-edition Grimace Tumbler, a purple and yellow insulated cup designed to resemble the popular McDonaldland character.

"You can't spell Cupid without Cup," McDonald's teased in a pre-Valentine's Day video posted to Facebook that offered a first look at the coveted new item.
But as fans in the U.S. quickly realized that the item is only available in Australia, they definitely weren't Lovin' It.
"These are only available in Australia and I'm honestly so deeply saddened," one fan commented under the Facebook post. Another user called the food chain "very mean" to tease U.S. fans with the promo video when they can't actually buy the product.

"Why does USA NOT GET THE COOL STUFF!" another disgruntled fan wrote, while someone else added, "This isn't fair. I want [a] Grimace Cup."
"They need to be available at all locations," another user insisted.
"The Grimace Tumbler is a 1.18L stainless steel tumbler that is double wall vacuum insulated," according to the McDonald's Australia website. "It’s the perfect accessory—keeping drinks cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 6 hours. 100% of profits will go to Ronald McDonald House Charities Australia."
The Grimace Tumbler is selling for the equivalent of $21.95 at participating locations in Australia for a limited time while supplies last.
