The Arizona Cardinals have found their new defensive line coach in University of Minnesota’s Winston DeLattiboudere, according to 247 Sports.
DeLattiboudere has served as Minnesota’s defensive line coach for the past two seasons and added assistant head coach to his titles ahead of the 2024 season. He also played on the Gophers’ defensive line from 2015-19 and totaled five sacks and 15 tackles for loss in his career.
The hire comes after the team parted ways with previous coach Derrick LeBlanc, who had been with Arizona since the beginning of Jonathan Gannon’s tenure as head coach.

DeLattiboudere led a turnaround from 10.5 sacks by the Gopher defensive line in 2022 to 20 sacks in 2023, his first season leading the position. The linemen totaled 17.5 in 2024.

He followed it up with 4.5 sacks, six tackles for loss, two forced fumbles and seven passes defensed in 2024, earning all-conference honorable mentions for each season.
Defensive line and pass rush are among the biggest needs for the team to address as the offseason unfolds, and the Cardinals’ fifth round pick is currently slated for No. 153, Joyner’s projected range.
