ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police Department leaders will speak on Friday about the recent arrest of three people outside the former Rochester Riverside Hotel on East Main Street.

Officers say three men, ages 19 to 21, were inside the fenced property with tools including bolt cutters, pry bars, and metal picks. All three were charged with possession of burglar’s tools and released on appearance tickets.
RPD responded to the hotel area for a “special attention check” because of recent crimes. They caught the suspects after a foot chase where the suspects ran through a “freshly cut” hole in the fence. News10NBC’s photojournalist captured the arrests on video.
