On Tuesday morning, the AHL announced Blackhawks prospect and current Rockford IceHogs defenseman Kevin Korchinski has been added to the All-Star Classic roster.
Korchinski, 20, leads IceHogs defensemen with 17 points this season. He has also appeared in nine NHL games with the Blackhawks this season. He joins center Cole Guttman representing the IceHogs and Blackhawks. Frank Nazar was originally named to the game but he is now in the NHL.
