The driver of a car which crashed into a school in Wimbledon killing two schoolgirls has been arrested after detectives reopened the investigation.
Nuria Sajjad and Selena Lau, both aged eight, died after the crash at The Study Prep school in Wimbledon, south-west London, in July 2023.
The eight-year-olds died when a car crashed through a fence and collided with a building at the school.
The 48-year-old female driver was arrested on 28 January on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and is currently in custody.
This is the second time she has been arrested for this offence, the first time being at the scene of the collision on 6 July 2023.
