The second Designated Player in San Diego FC history was signed Wednesday when the club signed Danish winger Anders Dreyer to a three-year contract.
Dreyer, on permanent transfer from Belgium’s R.S.C Anderlecht, will occupy an International Roster Slot and will be added to the roster pending his International Transfer Certificate and P-1 Visa.
The 26-year-old spent the last two seasons in the Belgian Pro League, where he made 87 appearances and scored 31 goals and 23 assists for R.S.C. Anderlecht. Dreyer made his professional debut in April 2017 after he rose through the ranks of Denmark’s Esbjerg FB’s youth system.
