Nikola Jokic is a magician.
The three-time MVP is known to do something jaw-dropping on a nightly basis, and that moment came at the end of the third quarter on Thursday night. In a matchup against the Sacramento Kings, Nikola Jokic quickly asked for the inbound from Aaron Gordon with 1.7 seconds left in the frame. He immediately turned and sent the ball flying down the floor with one hand.
The buzzer sounded as the ball passed halfcourt, and it stopped shortly after the ball fell through the rim. It’s a nearly full-court heave you have to see to believe.
