Bush Living Trust’s Tim and Kathy Bush partnered with the business to build the 11,250-square-foot building at 3390 Kennedy Road to help the business expand to its fourth location in the Tri-Cities.
The new facility provides a state-of-the-art shop as well as office and support spaces for the business’s customers and staff. Technicians will have the latest in frame, welding, and refinishing equipment to provide the highest level of quality and safe repairs.
Hummel Construction is the general contractor.
MMEC Architecture was the architect.
Frank and Sons, owned by Sean Markussen, fully occupies the new building. The new West Richland shop can be reached at 509-713-1800.
