SACRAMENTO – A significant crash had traffic slow on northbound Highway 99 in south Sacramento early Wednesday morning.
The crash happened a little after 6 a.m. near the Calvine Road offramp.
Exactly what led up to the crash is unclear, but a work truck was involved.
