SACRAMENTO – A man was arrested by Sacramento County authorities on suspicion of sexually assaulting a minor, and detectives say they are concerned there could be more alleged victims.
Detectives with the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office says a minor alleged that she had been sexually assaulted several times by 32-year-old Trevon Lyle.
After an investigation by the sheriff's office Sexual and Elder Abuse Bureau, Lyle was arrested on Wednesday.
Notably, detectives say they are concerned about more possible unreported victims due to where Lyle worked. However, the sheriff's office has not stated where Lyle was employed.
Anyone with information relevant to the case is urged to contact the sheriff's office.
Lyle has already posted bond on his $50,000 bail and is scheduled to appear is court on Friday.
