CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- One person is dead and another is hurt after a crash in east Charlotte at an apartment complex, according to Medic.
Around 5:30 a.m. on Wednesday, crews responded to the 5100 block of Hickory Valley Court. That's near the North Sharon Amity Road and Hickory Grove Road.
Medic said one person was pronounced dead at the scene and another was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries. The cause of the crash has not yet been released, but a car can be seen on its side.
