DENVER (KDVR) — Several inches of snow are expected to fall across the Denver metro on Tuesday morning, causing problems for commuters.
A Pinpoint Weather Alert Day has been issued as a winter weather advisory is in place for cities along the Interstate 25 corridor. The Pinpoint Weather team has been tracking this storm and said the advisories will be in place until Tuesday afternoon.
Preliminary models show areas like the foothills could see up to 6 inches, while the metro could see around 2 to 5 inches of snow. Down south near Pueblo, 3 to 6 inches of snow is possible.
As the snow continues to coat the roadways, FOX31 will provide live updates on everything from road conditions to school delays.
