ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A 21-year-old driver was taken to the hospital after his SUV rolled over on I-490 heading westbound on New Year’s Day.
It happened around 4 a.m. and the car came to rest on a guide rail. The man has minor injuries and New York State Police are still investigating.
