(KRON) – The man who was caught on video evading police by driving through Christmas in the Park was arrested on Sunday, according to the San Jose Police Department.

San Jose police officers attempted to pull over a vehicle code violation near Market Street and San Carlos Street at 4:59 p.m. on Sunday. Police said the man pulled into a nearby hotel drop-off area but then peeled off once the officers left the patrol vehicle.
