Damon Heta hit the second nine-darter of this year’s PDC World Darts Championship… and even his opponent was fist-pumping the air.
Heta hit the perfect leg at the Ally Pally in his third round match against Brit Luke Woodhouse.
The crowd were roaring on every dart from the first 180, to the treble 20, treble 19 and double 12.
Footage also showed Woodhouse celebrating wildly as his ninth dart landed in the double 12.
Australian Heta ran to the side of the stage in jubilant celebration as he scooped the £60,000 prize.
No wonder the Ally Pally crowd were going mental too, someone in the audience will also take home £60,000 – thanks to Paddy Power.
The bookmaker will also donate £60,000 to charity too – making it £180,000 given away for each nine-darter during the championships.
“His celebration was as animated as Heta’s,” Sky Sports commentator Stuart Pyke said.
“That was fabulous sportsmanship from Luke Woodhouse.”
