Mr. Frank Hart, age 37 of New Middleton, died Wednesday evening, December 18 at Sumner Regional in Gallatin. He is survived by: sons, Jayden Burton, Jeremy Hart both of Grant, mother of children, Holly Burton of Grant; father, Frank Hart of New Middleton.
Memorial Services will be conducted on Thursday afternoon, December 26 at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home at 3:00 PM. Eulogies will be presented by the family.
Visitation at the Carthage Chapel on Thursday only from 1:00 PM until service time at 3:00 PM.
The family requested memorials to the Family Funeral Fund.
