Bedard now has 29 points in 34 games still this season. With his 30th career goal on Saturday passed Patrick Kane for the second-most in franchise history for a player before his 20th birthday.

The eight ahead of Bedard: Sidney Crosby (67), Patrik Laine (35), Connor McDavid (28), Matt Duchene (25), Nathan MacKinnon (24), Steven Stamkos (24), Kane (24) and Andrei Svechnikov (23)
Saturday was also Bedard’s eighth career three-point game, which is second in Blackhawks history for a player before their 20th birthday. The only active players with more are Crosby (26), McDavid (10), Kane (10), Patrik Laine (9) and Skinner (8).
