CJ Stroud fought back the tears as Houston Texans star Tank Dell went down with what appears to be a serious injury.
The wide receiver suffered a broken leg during his stellar rookie season but bravely fought his way back onto the field.
He caught a long touchdown against the Kansas City Chiefs but immediately reached for his left leg.
Dell is feared to have suffered a severe knee injury and was carted off the field as his teammates surrounded him.
