Mendocino County residents are invited to a “Virtual Town Hall” next week hosted by Pacific Gas and Electric. In a press release, the utility announced that on Tuesday, Nov. 19, “PG&E North Coast leaders will provide an update on what’s going on in the region, offer tips for reducing their bills, as well as winter safety tips,” noting that there will also be  “ample time allotted for Q&A.” The town hall is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 19 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., and will include “PG&E experts, including Regional Vice President Dave Canny, providing a brief presentation during which participants will have the opportunity to ask questions.” Tuesday’s Town Hall is intended for the North Coast cus
