ROCKLEDGE, Fla. — Charles Clyde “Chuck” Collier, 83, was called to his eternal rest, Sunday, Sept. 1, 2024. He was born June 14, 1941, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital in Warren, the eldest son of Melvin and Lois Collier. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and cherished friend to many. A graduate of Braceville High School, Charles, affectionately referred to as “Chuck,” was a man of principle and vigor. He served his country with distinction in the U.S. Army from 1960 until his honorable discharge in 1962. His military service included his initial training at Fort Knox, Kentucky, and subsequent advanced training at Fort Lee, Virginia, before his final posting at Fort Hood, T
