Nadir Abdul Salam, Qatar-based Indian singer and former student and ambassador of Qatar Music Academy (QMA), has produced four traditional Qatari songs as part of this year’s Qatar National Day (QND) celebration. The songs were released on social media prior to the National Day. Popular Qatari singer Nayef Albeshri has sung two songs, including a traditional Ardha song titled Imar Ya Dar Altamimi. The lyrics are penned by Qatari poet Khalid al-Boainain. This song has also been broadcasted on Qatar Television as part of the Qatar National Day celebrations.
