DENVER (KDVR) -- An investigation has been launched after multiple cases of moving vehicles being hit by thrown rocks were reported in Jefferson County. The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office said in a press release Friday that between July 19 and Aug. 4, there was a "series of six incidents in which rocks were thrown at moving vehicles from another vehicle traveling in the opposite direction."
