Bhubaneswar: Odisha has recorded around 23.28 per cent voter turnout by 11 AM in the first phase of the simultaneous polls in the state. Voting began at 7 am in Kalahandi, Koraput, Nabarangpur, and Berhampur Lok Sabha seats and 28 Assembly constituencies under it. As many as 37 candidates for four Lok Sabha seats and 243 candidates are vying for 28 Assembly constituencies in this phase. The Election Commission has set up 7303 polling booths across the constituencies for 62, 87,222 eligible voters including 30, 97,527 male voters and 31, 89,060 female voters. Out of the 147 Assembly seats in Odisha, 28 Assembly seats in the first phase are going to polls today. The seats are Chhatrapur, Gopa
