YOUNGSTOWN — Guest conductor Erik Ochsner returns to lead the Youngstown Symphony Orchestra on Sunday. The program, “Unknown & Gorgeous: River and Iron,” is inspired by the regional proximity to the Mahoning River and the Valley’s steel industry history as well as the conductor’s Finnish-American roots, Ochsner said in a December interview.
