Game Recap: Bucks fall to Heat 123-97

In a highly anticipated matchup, the Milwaukee Bucks suffered a disappointing loss to the Miami Heat with a final score of 123-97. The game started off with great intensity as both teams showcased their offensive prowess. However, it was evident that the Heat had an edge over the Bucks in terms of defensive strategies and execution.

The Bucks struggled to find their rhythm throughout the game, as they were unable to effectively penetrate Miami's solid defense. Additionally, their three-point shooting was subpar, allowing the Heat to gain a substantial lead early on. Despite some valiant efforts from key players such as Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton, they were unable to rally their team back into contention.

February 14 - Nikola Jovic set career highs with five 3-pointers and 24 points as the short-handed Miami Heat led wire to wire in a 123-97 win over the host Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday.

Duncan Robinson matched his season high with six 3-pointers and finished with 23 points for Miami, which led by as many as 31 and won for the fifth time in its past seven games. Tyler Herro and Kevin Love scored 19 points apiece, and Bam Adebayo recorded his seventh career regular-season triple-double with 16 points, 12 rebounds and 11 assists.

Adebayo finished with 16 points, 12 rebounds and 11 assists. Duncan Robinson added 23 points and shot 6 of 8 from 3-point range for the Heat, who have won five of seven since a seven-game skid.

The Heat never trailed despite playing a second straight game without Jimmy Butler, who remains on personal leave following the death of a relative. The Heat also were missing Josh Richardson due to a dislocated right shoulder and Terry Rozier because of a sprained right knee.

Offense remained stagnant for Milwaukee in the third quarter. It was difficult to generate any sort of momentum and instead, Miami continued to pour it on. Headed into the fourth, they extended things to a 98-76 advantage.

From that point on, there was no path to a comeback for Milwaukee. The Heat’s shooting was just too strong. They’d walk out of Fiserv Forum with a 123-97 victory.
