(WGGB/WSHM) — Seventeen lucky students from Nichols College in the Worcester County town of Dudley are now in Las Vegas to help set-up for Sunday’s big game. “Vegas, it’s a completely different experience, you know. We’re a small college from Dudley, Mass. so it’s kind of big opportunity going from a small-town college to a large city and working the Super Bowl,” said Nichols College sophomore Liam Murphy Murphy and Nasir Bridgewater are just two of the 17 students from Nichols College taking part in this year’s “Super Bowl Practicum.” The three-credit sports management class allows students to travel to the big game and work on a variety of fan festival events that lead up to the event.
