WARREN — A Warren man pleaded guilty Tuesday to involuntary manslaughter in connection to the shooting death of 43-year-old Ruby Sanchez in March. Jamarr Jenkins, 20, of Kenmore Avenue SE, pleaded guilty as part of an agreement negotiated between his attorney Lynn Maro and Trumbull County Assistant Prosecutor Gina Buccino Thomas which reduced a charge of aggravated murder down to involuntary manslaughter with firearm specifications. He also pleaded guilty to charges of felonious assault and endangering children. A sentencing hearing will occur before Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas Judge Andrew D.
