CLUB PLANS MARDI GRAS: Warren Women’s Club will celebrate Mardi Gras with a 1 p.m. luncheon Feb. 4 and again Feb. 11, at the Warren Women’s Club House, 708 North Park Ave., Warren. The menu will feature a Louisiana-style theme. Homemade pralines and nonalcoholic hurricane drinks will be served, with music and surprises to round out the event. Tickets are $25 per person.
