UPD: Ukiah man arrested after pursuit in stolen car ...Middle East

A Ukiah man was arrested Monday evening after reportedly leading officers from multiple law enforcement agencies on a pursuit in a vehicle stolen from outside a laundromat, the Ukiah Police Department reported. According to the UPD, officers were dispatched to the 200 block of North Orchard Avenue around 8 p.m. Jan. 8 when a woman reported that her vehicle had been stolen. According to the victim, identified only as a 78-year-old female resident of Ukiah, she “was making multiple trips from her vehicle into the laundromat” when the vehicle was stolen. The UPD reports that the vehicle was then “added to the Stolen Vehicle System data base” and a description was provided to the Mendocino Count
