FOSTORIA — On Tuesday, Richard “Fred” Seabum III accepted a plea agreement for multiple counts of trafficking in drugs and was sentenced by Judge Damon D. Alt of the Seneca County Common Pleas Court to 14-19.5 years (11 years mandatory) in the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections. Tuesday’s sentence was the result of three separate drug investigations beginning on June 8, 2021, at which time a drug-related search warrant was executed at Seaburn’s residence located at 532 N. Poplar Street, Fostoria, Seneca County. While on bond from the 2021 case, another drug-related search warrant was executed on July 21, 2022 at Seaburn’s residence located at 130 W.
