Three men have been indicted for first-degree felony drug trafficking. A Wood County grand jury on Sept. 6 indicted co-defendants Antonio Lee Jones Sr., 31, and Victor James Byrd, 35, both of Detroit, for trafficking in heroin and possession of heroin, both first-degree felonies with major drug offender specifications; and trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound and possession of a fentanyl-related compound, both first-degree felonies. On Aug. 18, they allegedly were found in possession of and were preparing for distribution 332.83 grams of heroin and more than 50 grams of a fentanyl-related compound.
