At least two people were seriously wounded in a shooting late Wednesday morning outside a funeral home in Chicago’s Grand Crossing neighborhood, the Chicago Fire Department said. According to authorities, officers responded to a call of service around 10:45 a.m. Wednesday in the 7800 block of S. Cottage Grove Avenue, outside the Leak & Sons Funeral home. At least two people were shot, authorities said. Both people remain hospitalized and in serious condition.
