Bowling Green police used Narcan Tuesday to revive a man who overdosed. The man later was placed in a medically induced coma at the hospital. Officers were called to the 400 block of South Main Street shortly after 11:30 p.m. for a 30-year-old man who overdosed. When officers found the man in the basement unit of the home, he was not moving and didn’t respond to a sternum rub or his arm being shaken, according to the Bowling Green Police Division report. A fresh track mark, which was still bleeding, was observed on the man’s left arm. No pulse was found during a check of his carotid artery, according to the report.
