SEOUL: Cancer remained South Korea’s top cause of death in 2021 despite the continued spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, statistical office data showed Tuesday.Cancer caused 161.1 deaths per 100,000 people here in 2021, up 0.6 per cent from the previous year, according to Statistics Korea.
