To the Editor: After reading the letters to the editor last week, it seems like Mr. Hull might have bought all of the Western hills. He is now planning on building at least one house on the South end and has already planned three or four on the North end. He and Mr. Piffero have already built their houses in the middle of the Western hills. Because of the fire hazard one would think no one should be allowed to build on that hill. Another issue in Ukiah is the water problem, yet have you noticed all the new houses and apartments being built? I guess we have enough water for all of them. -Donna VanWyhe, Ukiah
