Armenians hold Candlelight march in Aleppo in commemoration of 107th anniversary of Genocide
Aleppo, SANA- On the 107th anniversary of the genocide committed by the Ottomans, the Armenian denomination in Aleppo organized a candlelight march held by Syrian Youth Copper Band of the Armenian Cultural Club, leaders of Armenian Orthodox, Protestants and Catholics denomination, in addition to a crowd of people. The march set off from the Armenian Orthodox Archdiocese in Villas neighborhood towards the Armenian Orthodox cemeteries, as the participators laid a wreath at the memorial of Armenian massacres’ martyrs and lighted the torch on the monument, meanwhile, the Syrian Youth Band performed national anthems and several songs.
