HE the Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz al-Thani held a meeting on Monday with Palestinian Prime Minister Mohamed Shtayyeh, during which they discussed Palestinian developments, especially with regard to the protection of the Al Aqsa Mosque and Islamic holy sites, and ways to stabilise the ceasefire, in addition to Arab and international efforts for the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip. Dr Shtayyeh expressed his thanks and appreciation for the firm stance of Qatar towards the Palestinian cause and its permanent support for the people. During the meeting, they also reviewed bilateral relations and means of developing them.
