If you are flying out of Los Angeles, you can look forward to iconic Italian cooking from Osteria Mozza founder Nancy Silverton, complete with her famous Mozza caprese, a crisp chopped salad, and rich spiral meat lasagna layered with taleggio sauce.
Departing from San Francisco? Two-Michelin-starred Lazy Bear chef David Barzelay (who also helms Joujou and True Laurel) brings a gorgeous taste of Northern California, featuring Dungeness crab Louis with smoked trout roe, roasted beets with grapefruit citronette, and grilled rack of lamb drizzled with carrot barbecue sauce.
