The 77-year-old apparently got up from the bar of Wagamama, leaving his phone and drink behind, and walked across the street when he suddenly fell and injured his face. The injuries included a cut to his head and eye, which was bleeding extensively, and a possible concussion, the outlet reported. After paramedics were photographed working on him at the site, he was taken by ambulance to a hospital.
The scary incident happened just hours after Flair took to social media on the same day to apologize for having to cancel his appearance at Washington State Horror Con due to a blood clot in his leg.
