SANTA MARIA, Calif. (KEYT) - Three Santa Maria men were arrested Thursday night after police discovered a large amount of drugs, cash and small children inside a local home.
Officers initially responded to a call for service at the residence around 10:18 p.m.
After finding drugs and cash, investigators with the Gang Suppression Team obtained a search warrant for the location.
Police said the subsequent search revealed evidence that narcotics were being packaged and sold from the home while small children were present.
Police identified the suspects as 33-year-old Alejandro Moreno Francisco, 25-year-old Cristobal Hernandez Munoz and 28-year-old Juan Felipe Garcia Luis.
All three men are residents of Santa Maria.
The three suspects were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance for sale and child endangerment, according to police.
