Peck, 38, isn’t saying which Raiders player he’s talking about, and that’s apparently intentional.
The singer said he told the man that he wanted to keep the reference “ambiguous and mysterious,” adding that he would never have included it if the person were uncomfortable or afraid of being identified.
“This person would have probably allowed me to say their name if I wanted, but I didn’t think it was necessary,” Peck said.
That hasn’t stopped people from trying to figure it out.
