Scottish Highlands and Islands Art Exhibit, Outlandish Hillsborough Scottish Festival, An Evening at the Hogg House: Scottish Cultural Event Friday, September 25 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.; Saturday, September 25 9:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.; 4:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.The Scottish Highlands Festival is this weekend in Hillsborough. The celebration starts Friday night with an art exhibit showcasing Scottish art and the works of some of the most sought after artists of the 19th century. The celebration continues on Saturday with interactive activities, traditional Scottish dancing, bagpipes, and more.
