ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Clearing skies Sunday morning with warm and humid weather into the afternoon. Much of the day will be dry with nothing more than a brief shower. If you will be outdoors later in the afternoon keep an eye to the sky as some thunderstorms may develop south of Lake Ontario. A few storms may bring some heavy rain and a gust of wind. Timing will be roughly 3-6 PM. If you are heading to the Red Wings game or the Bills Block Party just be aware after a pleasant start there may be some storms to deal with. Cold front clears the region tonight and much cooler and drier air returns for Monday. Nice weather into Tuesday with some sunshine and slightly milder weather. Warmer and more humid conditions return on Wednesday with showers increasing midweek. Showers linger into Thursday before clearing and cooler weather Friday.
