Calabrian Chili Crisp and Aglio e Peperoncino are made with 100% olive oil and a blend of peppers, onions, and garlic to give an extra pop of flavor to a variety of dishes, from grilled meats to pizza, and of course, pasta. The Calabrian flavor is made with red bell pepper for a “bold, front-of-the-tongue heat balanced by signature crunch, richness and subtle sweetness,” while the aglio e peperoncino is made with “green bell pepper, hot pepper, onion, garlic and parsley for a crisp, vegetal flavor with just enough zest and crunch.”
“Our goal with Carbone Fine Food has always been to make people feel like they can bring a little bit of the restaurant home with them,” said co-founder Mario Carbone in a statement. “With the Italian Chili Crisp, we’re giving people another way to do that. A hero product that can make a meal feel special.”

Fans were thrilled when Carbone announced the launch on Instagram, writing, “Sourdough bread, a little ricotta, and this would be perfection.” Others agreed, saying, “This is gonna be so heavenly,” and “Oh I’m ready for this one.”
